When working in dual slope mode (bucket or laser for reference) you can dial in a grade for both slope directions Y and X. Before digging with an added slope value, you must first set direction of X.
This workflow illustrates the traditional way of using one point, with a known direction of X.
A more advanced method is to use two points, which is useful when working with a stringline for example.
