When using a bucket for reference, you can use moving point (load/store) to transfer a benched elevation by a common reference point. Moving point (load/store) is only applicable after the system has been benched. It requires a sturdy reference point (such as a stone) that the operator can access from the original working position and the new machine position. Be aware that the accuracy of transferring a benched elevation depends on how stabile the chosen reference point is. Using this method over multiple transfers may eventually introduce error.
